Faculty of Law of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University offers Consultancy Services on a range of legal issues to those who are in need of legal assistance. It is easily accessible and expert advice and guidance is available on a wide range of legal matters.
KDU Legal Consultancy Services provide individual and corporate clients with a variety of legal services, from consultations, advice and finding creative solutions to litigation for complex legal questions. It is committed to provide efficient, innovative, practical and cost effective solutions to the clients, with the aim of ensuring the receipt of consistently high quality legal advice specifically catered to the environment in which the clients operate.
Legal consultancy services could be obtained through:
- Consultation by appointment
- Consultation over telephone (with prior appointment)
- Online consultations
- Consultation through email
Legal consultancies are provided by the members of the academic staff of the Faculty of Law specializing in respective fields under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Law. The services are available to the public from Monday to Friday between 8. 00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. with prior appointment. A reasonable fee will be charged for the consultancy services.
