KDU Law Journal is a peer reviewed biannual academic publication of the Faculty of Law, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU). Issue I of Volume 01 of KDU Law Journal was launched in May, 2021 by the Vice Chancellor of KDU, Major General Milinda Peiris RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc Mphil, and up to now 03 Issues have been published. HeinOnline is a premier international online research platform containing the wealth of original and authoritative legal sources for academics, law firms, corporations, and legal community all around the world. KDU Law Journal has been indexed in the HeinOnline database as a recognized scholarly publication with effect from 30.08.2022. KDU Law Journal will continue to contribute as a useful resource for legal education, and Issue II of Volume 02 is scheduled to be released in September, 2022. It is an honour and a great privilege for KDU Law Journal to be indexed internationally within a very short period of 1 and ½ years since its inception and it is the 1st Journal of KDU to be indexed internationally.
